As a proud Alabama native, Kris Lard brings a deep appreciation for the charm of her hometown in Florence and the vibrant community she now calls home in Birmingham. After graduating from the University of North Alabama in 2014, Kris spent a number of years in Nashville building a successful career in corporate marketing. She has since relocated to Birmingham and is pursuing her passion for real estate.

With a strong foundation in marketing strategy, contract management, and building client relationships, Kris seamlessly blends her corporate experience with her love for interior design, real estate and eye for detail to help client's buy and sell their homes. She is passionate about helping others find the place they can call home and is committed to serving her clients with dedication, advocacy, and enthusiasm in every transaction.

Outside of real estate, Kris enjoys exploring Birmingham's neighborhoods, and you might find her trying new restaurants and coffee shops, spending time outdoors with her Aussiedoodle, Leon, or out playing pickleball with friends and family. Kris also loves serving in the community through her church, several local environmental organizations and enjoys hosting as a women's small group leader.
